I tried the attachment with foam skimmed milk chilled and whipped up some skim foamy light foam which was a low fat version of whipped cream. cleaning is a breeze and easy in the sink or in the top rack of your dishwasher. the added bonus with this kit are mixing attachment pitcher and food processor for creating some amazing salsa or guacamole.
