Review KitchenAid KHM512ER 5-Speed Ultra Power Hand Mixer, Empire Red, glad I got it

A previous week. I search for information on the KitchenAid KHM512ER 5-Speed Ultra Power Hand Mixer, Empire Red, so i would like to describe here.

I have a large CuisineArt stand mixer to make 6 pounds of heavy bread dough, so I know what it's like having a mixer with low torque. There must be two different versions of this hand mixer, judging by the reviews here. my hand mixer have a very low speed. I often use one blade at a time, in a mini Bowl just bigger in diameter than the blade; not only can I mix dry powder in a thick sauce on low speed powder fluffing, but I can also beat the stuff on higher speeds without sauce fly out. I don't know what to make of this. hardly I bought the mixer because of these types of complaints from users, but since a lot of people seemed really happy with them I took a chance mixers. However, I don't think this mixer can handle cookie dough. I've never come across a hand mixer that could, so that's not a surprise. This mixer is for things like cake batter, icing, gravy and Béarnaise sauce. My primary use of lotions and DIY, and is perfect for those. I did a lot of shopping for my hand mixer. My priority was blades that do not rust or flake off their chrome and can be washed in the dishwasher. When the mixer arrived and found that the blades have exceeded my needs, I ordered several replacement blades. I use the mixer every couple of days at least, so the blades are always dirty in dishwasher. the blades are quite excellent--no smooth drawing and uncessary seams, very clean and will not rust or peeling. the blades make the machine alone worth the extra cost. one thing I don't like is that the blades are not square.
