Microplane 40020 Classic Zester/Grater, Microplane Works! in my opinion ~ Hand Blender

The couple of days ago. I search for information on the Microplane 40020 Classic Zester/Grater, so i would like to describe here.

When I received this wonderful product put in a drawer and forgot about it until it was time to grate the Parmesan cheese. I remembered I had bought, brought out and pressing hard against the cheese grater that I ran down. to my amazement the cheese came out the bottom of the grater with total ease. I ran the cheese all over again, this time, exerting a light pressure and the same thing happened. Whenever I had cheese grated before work was ardurous, takes a long time, and the result was usually more of a powder then well sectioned hard cheese flakes. This grater is much better material and extremely sharp! I can see this tool for many years because of its quality. I'm very pleased with my purchase and encourage others to buy one. the grater came with "slip cover" over it and I decided to keep it on the grater when not in use for two reasons: 1. the grill surface is very strong. It would be easy to cut this by pulling out of the drawer. Ouch! 2. I want to keep the grid surface as much as possible, because this is one of my favorite tools.
