A several days before. I'm looking for information on the Brieftons Manual Food Chopper: Compact & Powerful Hand Held Vegetable Chopper, so i have to tell.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product, but I was pleasantly surprised! This is a very simple kitchen gadget: Bowl, cover mount and blade. mounts quickly, as all you need to do is to drop the blade in the bowl and place the lid securely on top. then pull the handle until your food is cut to the desired size. Sometimes I need to shake a little bowl or open the lid and move a large block (e.g. of a strawberry). This chopper is easy enough for my 7 year old son to use (monitored). Although I was initially concerned that there is no locking mechanism on the cover, this is not a problem. I use it a lot for chopping things like strawberries, because I find it labor intensive especially with two children who often want things cut into very small pieces. and because it has a lot of pieces, I don't have a lot of cleaning up. so far, our favorite thing to use this for is strawberries. Kids love to eat fresh strawberries with a bit of whipped cream on top, or make our poundcake or angel food cake, top with strawberries and whipped cream then.
