they wanted a good blender for a long time and I did a lot of research on what would be best suited to my needs. mainly use the Blender to make soups-tried so far on lobster soup, peas and white chicken chili. is great and fast. will smooth a stock pot eight inches deep in less than two minutes. This is a great tool, you would not use it to make a milk shake in a glass. has two speeds, they only used the low speed for how quickly does the job. easy to clean. the cable is very long. If you only want to make milk shakes indiividual is not the place for you. If you need full stock pots come together quickly and effortlessly, you will enjoy this for years.
