well, I decided to try one of the new immersion mixers and felt the 300 Watt Chefman I need good. I'm not familiar with this brand but we took a chance. I'M SO GLAD I DID. It's simply wonderful and more than met my expectations. I just cut two onions using Bonus shredder; I'm pleasantly surprised. works better then most of my other food helicopters, including the helicopter.
